Geotours follows all official regulations set by the Government of Ecuador. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for customer cancellations, regardless of the payment method (cash, card, bank transfers, or online platforms).

Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance:

We may offer an alternative date to reschedule your tour without penalty (subject to review). Group bookings will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

In cases such as:

• Positive COVID-19 test
• Expired passport or missing travel documents
• Travel restrictions from your home country or within Ecuador
• State of emergency, strikes, or civil unrest
• Late airport arrival or incorrect timing
• Mobility issues preventing arrival to the meeting point

❌ Same-day cancellations or no-shows:

• No refunds.
• No refund if you miss the departure or leave before completing the activity.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
