Iliniza Norte, at 5,126 meters, is ideal for those looking to get started in high-altitude mountaineering. It's an accessible summit with spectacular views of the Andes. Iliniza Sur, on the other hand, at 5,305 meters, presents a more advanced technical challenge, with steep ascents and demanding sections that require prior experience and proficiency in rope handling and crampons.
