Paddle through Class III and IV rapids on one of Ecuador’s most scenic rivers. This full-day adventure is perfect for active travelers and adrenaline seekers who want to discover the wild side of the jungle.

Along the way, we’ll take refreshing breaks on the riverbanks—ideal for a quick swim, a moment of relaxation, and soaking in the raw beauty of the Amazon rainforest.

Scenic Drive to the Amazon
We depart early from Geotours in Baños in our comfortable van. Enjoy breathtaking views along the Route of the Waterfalls, passing through Puyo, and stopping briefly at Café Tortuga in Tena.
Into the Jungle
From Tena, we drive about 40 minutes deeper into the Amazon rainforest near the small village of Cando, the launch point for today’s river adventure.
Gear Up & Safety Briefing
Our licensed professional guides will lead a comprehensive 30-minute safety talk. Once fully equipped with helmet, paddle, and life vest, we head to the river.
