What’s the weather like in Baños?
Did you know that most weather apps are inaccurate for Baños? That’s because the sensors are located in cold mountain areas, not in town.
Weather in Baños is unpredictable and can change several times a day.
Temperatures range from around 15°C (59°F) during the rainy season (June to August) to up to 30°C (86°F) in the dry season (September to March).
It never snows, and rain is only a reason to cancel a tour if it poses a safety risk.

How big will my group be?
We keep our groups small — usually between 6 to 8 people, depending on the activity — to provide the best and safest experience.
Will I get wet during the rafting tour? What if I fall in?
Absolutely! Getting wet is part of the fun when rafting.
Before entering the river, you’ll receive a full safety briefing.
Our certified guides and safety kayakers are trained in Swift Water Rescue, and they’ll make sure you’re safely brought back on board if needed.
Should I tip my guide?
Tipping is completely optional and always appreciated!
We recommend $3 to $10 USD per person, depending on the quality and duration of the service.
How can I book my tour in advance?
To confirm your tour in advance, we require:
The balance is payable in cash before the tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds are provided for cancellations, regardless of payment method.
If you cancel more than 15 days in advance, we may offer a rescheduling option for a future date.
In case of:

???? Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving late after the group has departed are also non-refundable.
Can I create a custom itinerary or book a private tour?
